The user acknowledges and agrees that:

The product specifications produced by Yepsketch are generated from technical information approved by the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that the information contained on the Yepsketch website is accurate. Yepsketch does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or content of the information supplied by the manufacturer. Yepsketch generates the information which is provided by to it by, or at the direction of the manufacturer.

The Yepsketch website is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Neither Yepsketch nor its directors, employees or service providers make any representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of Yepsketch or the information, content, materials or products included on Yepsketch

The user expressly agrees that its use of Yepsketch is at its sole risk. The user releases Yepsketch and its employees and agents from any loss or liability caused to or suffered by the User or any other person (including consequential damage) where such loss or liability was caused by or related to Yepsketch (including for losses caused by any negligent act or omission of Yepsketch).

The user shall at all times indemnify and hold harmless Yepsketch and its employees and agents from any loss (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) or liability reasonably incurred or suffered by any of those indemnified arising from any proceedings against those indemnified where such loss or liability was caused by an act or omission of the user.

Neither party may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

The user shall not use and shall not have its employees and agents use Yepsketch for any purpose other than the express purpose of:

– Searching products
– Downloading and specifying products

You expressly agree and give your consent that Yepsketch may collect and use technical information, if any, gathered as part of product support services provided to you and in relation to the software. Yepsketch may use this information solely to improve our products or to provide customized services or technologies to you and will not disclose this information in any form that personally identifies you. 
The contents of this website (which includes downloadable material) are subject to copyright and are protected by laws of Australia and other countries through international treaties. You may not sell, loan, copy, distribute, cede, sublicense, rent, lease, transfer or provide access to it by network for commercial use, either whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Yepsketch. You are expressly prohibited from decompiling, disassembling, modifying or reverse engineering the models for any purposes whatsoever. You are expressly prohibited from distributing, providing access to or commercializing Yepsketch models.
