The manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that the information contained on the Yepsketch website is accurate. Yepsketch does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or content of the information supplied by the manufacturer. Yepsketch generates the information which is provided by to it by, or at the direction of the manufacturer.<\/p>\n
The Yepsketch website is provided on an \u2018as is\u2019 and \u2018as available\u2019 basis. Neither Yepsketch nor its directors, employees or service providers make any representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of Yepsketch or the information, content, materials or products included on Yepsketch<\/p>\n
The user expressly agrees that its use of Yepsketch is at its sole risk. The user releases Yepsketch and its employees and agents from any loss or liability caused to or suffered by the User or any other person (including consequential damage) where such loss or liability was caused by or related to Yepsketch (including for losses caused by any negligent act or omission of Yepsketch).<\/p>\n

The user shall at all times indemnify and hold harmless Yepsketch and its employees and agents from any loss (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) or liability reasonably incurred or suffered by any of those indemnified arising from any proceedings against those indemnified where such loss or liability was caused by an act or omission of the user.<\/p>\n
Neither party may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.<\/p>\n
