For over a decade, YepDesign has been turning project plans into high-quality 3D renders through our Yepstudio service. Whether you’re a homeowner, builder, interior designer, or architect, we create visualizations that bring conceptual designs to life—quickly and affordably.

We work directly with your team’s designated representative to gather the necessary information and get your project into production.

All renders are created in SketchUp, offering a perfect balance between speed, quality, and cost. This makes YepDesign ideal for visualizing design intent—even in situations where variables like lighting, house orientation, or seasons are unknown. This workflow has proven especially effective in our ongoing collaborations with existing clients.

Key Features:

  • Fast Turnaround: Standard delivery within 24–48 hours for projects received before 2:00 PM AEST (Monday to Saturday).

  • Operational 6 Days a Week: Production runs from Monday to Saturday. Projects submitted on Sunday are queued for Monday.

  • Cost-Effective & Reliable: A streamlined rendering solution that keeps your projects moving without delay.

What We Need to Get Started

To ensure an accurate and effective design process, we require the following information:

 

  1. Room Specifications
    • A basic 3D file or a hand-drawn sketch showing dimensions and layout of the space.
  2. Material Specifications
    • Details on finishes including flooring, paint, wall coverings, tiles, cabinetry, splashbacks, etc.
  3. Product Specifications
    • A list of appliances, fixtures, and any other items to be included in the design.
  4. Product Placement
    • A layout showing the intended location of each product. This can be a simple hand drawing or a computer sketch, as long as it clearly indicates placements.
  5. Existing Features
    • Information on any elements that will remain in the space (e.g., crown molding, window casings, door styles).
    • “Before” photos are often helpful for reference.
  6. Source of Specifications
    • These details can be provided by you, the designer, the builder, or the client.
    • We are happy to manage the collection of this information, or we can work with what you provide directly
